Music Travel Consultants, travel planners for the finest bands, choirs, and orchestras in the world, is pleased to introduce the “Music Travel” app, free to all of a group’s travelers. Music directors, staff, chaperones, and students may use this secure, information-packed, versatile app before and during their Music Travel trip.

After registering online, the app allows parents to manage travelers in one account, view payment installment dates, make payments and review itineraries. It updates real-time trip schedules, so everyone knows where to go and when to be there. The “Music Travel” app is full of music director tools, which easily record contacts, create lists of all kinds and assign chaperones. To stay organized, assistants, staff, and boosters may be granted access at the music director’s discretion. The “Music Travel” app frees a music director’s time, and provides staff, chaperones, students and travelers a convenient, easy, secure way to totally enjoy the trip and all it offers!

Attendance taking has never been easier with interactive checklists. Custom checklists are key to keeping travelers safe and accounted for. View and check off rooming lists, flight lists, and coach lists.

Music Director ONLY Tools

Manage contacts, assign chaperones and use the App’s message system to provide all travelers instant notifications.

Emergency Notifcations

This very important feature enables instant emergency notifications to be displayed in a pop-up message when a traveler opens her/his phone.
