MTC Adds Health and Safety Team for BOA Grand NationalsChris Frick
In an effort to support the Music For All mission statement of providing positively life changing experiences, Music Travel Consultants presents our Health and Safety Team.
MTC is very fortunate to have Dr. Vivien Tucker, M.D., and Terry Valentine of Valentine Consulting onsite in Indianapolis during the entire BOA event. Their purpose is to assist and advise parents, chaperones, directors and school administrators regarding any possible COVID-19 medical situations.
Dr. Tucker was instrumental in creating the COVID-Free Bubble for the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps and traveled with them on their performance tour last summer. Her experience with traveling pageantry arts students is extensive and we are grateful to have her available to all of our groups should the need arise. Terry Valentine is Past President of the Student Youth Travel Association of North America (SYTA) and has become a national leader in researching and guiding Student Tour Operators around the U.S. We are excited to have her knowledge and guidance during the event in Indianapolis.
The MTCARE Commitment includes State of Indiana and City of Indianapolis guidelines as well as travel recommendations from the CDC. Please take a moment to read through the document prior to departing for Indianapolis.
It is our goal that we do everything possible to prepare for this very important week of BOA Grand National Championships. Students, parents, staff and directors have waited patiently to be together again in Indianapolis and we are committed to assist you in every way possible. All of us at MTC look forward to welcoming you to the Circle City!
